Each piece of Fauna Hepburn jewelry is individually handcrafted using the highest quality materials. Please follow the care and maintenance instructions below to help maintain the original beauty of your jewelry for years to come.

Daily handling

- Do not expose to water (fresh water, chlorinated water, seawater, etc.) or high temperatures.
・Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, soap, detergent, and other chemicals. We recommend that you wait until all cosmetics and perfume have completely dried before wearing.
After removing it, we recommend wiping it with a soft cloth before storing it.

Stone characteristics <br/>Diamonds are extremely hard and tough, but they are also oleophilic, meaning they easily absorb oil, creating an oily coating on the diamond surface.
Sweat, sebum, hand cream, cosmetics, etc. make it difficult for light, which is important for shining, to enter the diamond, causing it to become dull.
However, due to its nature, it is resistant to moisture, so if you clean it at the right time and in the right way, it is possible to maintain its shine forever.

Delivery time

Fauna Hepburn treats all of its creations and wrappings as living things, and operates with minimal inventory to ensure that products are delivered to customers at the freshest possible quality.

If the item is in stock, it will usually ship within 2-5 business days.
If the item is not in stock, we will receive your order and create it from scratch in our atelier, so it will be shipped in approximately 25 days.
